Our Culture of Safety and Quality

Tricon team members remain committed to our safety culture by actively participating in regular safety meetings held monthly at each facility. In addition, our own OSHA Certified Trainers conduct ongoing safety training in areas such as:

While a commitment to quality is an attribute we seek in all of our employees, Tricon's Corporate Quality Control Director, a Registered Professional Engineer, manages QC teams at each of our manufacturing facilities. These dedicated teams are comprised of QC Managers holding current ACI "Field," "Strength" and "Aggregate" Certifications as well as PCI Level 1 Certification and QC Technicians having NPCA-PQS (Production Quality School) and ACI "Field" Certifications minimum.

Tricon is committed to the ongoing R&D required for continuous improvement in its engineered systems. We are never quite satisfied – and we simply never stop trying for improvement in our products and systems. Period. Tricon's Retained Soil Wall System™ for example has undergone extensive evaluation by the Highway Innovative Technology Evaluation Center (HITEC), a trusted independent product evaluation utilized and required by many governing agencies.

A network of precast concrete manufacturers, through casting agreements, enables the Tricon systems to be available nationally and internationally for industrial precast products and solutions. Tricon supports ongoing research and design of prestressed and precast concrete, along with construction and installation best practices. Our Facilities

All Tricon manufacturing facilities are equipped with SOTA Concrete Batching Equipment and modern DOT Certified Testing Labs. Our facilities are certified to provide the ongoing Quality Control process while State DOT's then provide Quality Assurance through routine audits and lab calibration checks. Our DOT Quality Control Plans are on file at each Tricon facility.
